This month is a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of the typical summer slowdown by taking in all the city currently offers while everyone else hides indoors to escape the cycle of rainstorms and heat waves. Many locals have escaped to greener pastures (literally), but there is still plenty happening - and less people here to take advantage! This slowdown applies to the real estate market, as well. I always say the best time for a buyer to strike is when no one else is looking, whether that is because of financial markets or because other buyers are just physically out of town. Take this chance to explore our beloved city (and its real estate) at a more leisurely pace. Neighborhood changes continue, so read about the latest!

From afterwork drinks and cozy nightcaps, to seasonal celebrations—like Midsommar or Santa Lucia—KABIN is a place you’ll run into close friends, and where even newcomers will be welcomed and cared for.”
