What Keri Knows MANHATTAN | BROOKLYN | MARCH 2023
|
|
Spring is a time of growth and renewal, and in the world of real estate, this concept is especially true. As the weather begins to warm up and the flowers start to bloom, many people are inspired to make changes in their lives. This can include making improvements to their current property or even looking for a new apartment or new home. You know who to call! ;)

You can't quit New York because...admit it, the food. Been to Ci Siamo?
Although warmer days are right around the corner, that doesn't mean the cold weather is gone for good. Instead of rushing to eat outdoors while it's still cold, now may be your last chance to cozy up next to a warm fireplace while enjoying a delicious meal. Check out the below of some of my favorite cozy restaurants around NYC. Photo: College friend and client, Hillary Sterling is the renown chef at Ci Siamo, 440 West 33rd Street, part of Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. 📷: @giadapaoloni

Why is it Called a Greyhound?
One of the first mentions of this grapefruit cocktail is mentioned in 1930 in bartender Harry Craddock’s Savoy Cocktail Book. Harper’s Magazine again mentioned the cocktail in 1945 after the cocktail became a popular drink in the restaurant located in many Greyhound Bus Terminals. (Switch out the vodka or gin for tequila and well, now you have a Paloma!)
