Can you believe it's already February? It is a leap year, so February has an extra day, there will be 29 days in February, rather than 28. That 29th day is also referred to as a "leap day".
 
It appears that the Spring market will be active, I am seeing a significant increase in showings across all my listings and couple of offers on some of the listings. However, the inventory seems low.
