Can you believe it's already February? It is a leap year, so February has an extra day, there will be 29 days in February, rather than 28. That 29th day is also referred to as a "leap day". It appears that the Spring market will be active, I am seeing a significant increase in showings across all my listings and couple of offers on some of the listings. However, the inventory seems low. If you're thinking about moving, let's get together to discuss how to get your home ready for sale and/or how to organize your finances to present yourself as a competitive buyer.
