Fort Greene's annual Great PUPkin Dog Costume Contest held at Fort Greene Park is in its 20th year, a favorite of pooch owners and just general dog lovers alike. The judging begins at 11:30AM, and winners will be awarded prizes from local vendors as well as the coveted Great PUPkin rosettes.
