Below are some key highlights from the week:

• Last week, 189 contracts were signed in Manhattan, down 9% week-over-week but up 33% year-over-year.
• The weekly decline in contracts was typical of January seasonality.
• This was the most significant annual percentage gain for signed contracts in nine weeks.
• For the second consecutive week, resale co-op sales saw the greatest annual gain in contracts, up 36% to 106 sales.
• Sales over $5M rose year-over-year for a 16th consecutive week, up 7% to 15 contracts signed. However, last week's annual gain was the least significant of that period.
